Company history

• 1968 - start of spring production as an associated manufactory in the State farm
• 1991 - privatization by purchase, establishment of a family business, owner Mrs. Nataša Čítková
• 1994 - relocation of the company to newly built premises
• 1998 - change of legal form to limited liability company
• 2004 – the first CNC machine from WAFIOS with range of a wire diameter of 0.8 – 2.5mm, which produces extention springs, torsion springs, 3D wire bending and shaping
• 2010 – automatic shaping machine for shape springs, rings and wire shaping in 3D from a wire diameter of 3.0 mm – 8.0 mm
• 2011 – CNC semi-automatic grinder for grinding of springs
• 2013 – two CNC machines for the production of compression springs, extension springs and torsion springs from wire diameters of 0.2 mm – 1.0 mm and 3.0 – 8,0 mm
• 2015 – CNC shaping machine for the production of extension springs, torsion springs, shape springs, 3D bending and shaping of a wire diameter of 1.8 – 4.5 mm
• 2016 – construction of new storage areas for storage of input materials, finished products and new premises for heat treatment and preservation of springs
• 2017 – laser measuring device for measuring of spring dimensions in 3D
• 2018 - CNC shaping machine for the production of extension springs, torsion springs, shape springs, 3D bending and shaping of wire from a wire diameter of 0.2 – 1.6 mm
• 2021 - CNC machine for the production of compression springs, extension springs and torsion springs from a wire diameter of 0.8 – 3.0 mm
