Double-torsion springs

Double-torsion springs are produced cold on CNC automatic machines from wire of circular cross-section diameter from 0.2 to 6.0 mm.

For the production it is necessary to provide a sample or drawing.

We produce springs from:

  • Patent spring wire according to EN 10270-1, quality 12 090
  • Stainless steel spring wire according to EN 10270-3, AISI 302 / 1.4310

Tolerances of spring dimensions according to ČSN 02 6009 or according to customer requirements.
