Extension springs

Extension springs are produced cold on CNC automatic machines from wire of circular cross-section from diameter 0.2 to 8.0 mm.

Extension springs can be made without loops, with ordinary loops (German), English loops, pulled out loops, inserted loops or loops according to customer requirements.

During production of extension springs without loops the ends of these springs can be grounded.

We produce springs from:

• Patent spring wire according to EN 10270-1-SH, quality 12 090
• Stainless steel spring wire according to EN 10270-3, AISI 302 / 1.4310

Tolerances of spring dimensions according to ČSN 02 6002 or according to customer requirements.
