Shape springs

Shaped springs are produced cold on CNC automatic machines from wire of circular cross-section from diameter 0.2 to 6.0 mm.

We are able to bend and shape springs in 2D and 3D.

For the production itself, it is necessary to provide a sample or drawing.

We produce springs from:

  • Patent spring wire according to EN 10270-1, quality 12 090
  • Stainless steel spring wire according to EN 10270-3, AISI 302 / 1.4310
