Springs

We produce springs on new CNC machines according to the customer's requirements and supplied dimensions, drawings or samples. The springs are made from the following materials: patent spring wire EN 10270-1, stainless steel spring wire EN 10270-3, AISI 302/1.4310. We also provide surface treatment: galvanic zinc plating - blue and yellow.

All types of springs are produced in piece and also serial production.

Springs can be ordered according to drawings, dimensions or according to supplied samples.

Parameters for compression springs:
wire diameter x outer or inner diameter of the spring x free length of the spring x number of coils or pitch

Parameters for extension springs:
wire diameter x outer or inner diameter of the spring x suspension length of the spring x number of coils

For extension springs with extended loops, it is necessary to specify the length of the pulled out loops.

For torsion and double torsion springs, it is preferable to supply a drawing or a sample.
